2 Bible Study Groups

We meet Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and dig into the Holy Bible. No prior knowledge to join, just a curiosity - or hunger even - to see what the Bible is about.

Have you read the Book?

This is the chorus of pretentious people every time a novel makes its way to the silver screen. But, they’ve got a point.

There’s something about taking your time with the source material that gives you a better understanding of a story and the author’s message, than you can get from somebody else’s interpretation. A lot of us are not as familiar as we’d like to be with God’s Word.

However, sitting down and plugging through the Bible can seem awfully daunting. Taking a more focused approached in a group setting can be a better way.
There is JOY in knowing the Bible
In Bible Study, we give scripture context and try to figure out its meaning together. We don’t require any prior knowledge to join, just a curiosity - or hunger even - to see what the Bible is about.

Joy has two Bible Study groups which are held online. We meet Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and dig into the Bible.

There is no long-term commitment required.

Come when you can and learn how the whole thing – both the Old and New Testaments – points to Jesus.
